As I said before, I like to have beautiful nails without it costing too much.
After a lot of fiddling in the living room with a file and a battery-powered manicure drill, I decided to purchase slightly better material. Especially because filing your nails and filing off the gel creates a lot of dust and takes a lot of time. So I started looking for a machine that makes it easier.
Now such a machine is not really necessary if you do not want to do your nails often. Then you might as well stick to your guns. It is a lot cheaper and has no added value for the few times you use it.
But suppose you want to work weekly or biweekly, then it could be a nice asset.
What did I choose:
You must first decide for yourself what you want to use the machine for. Only filing, also extraction or everything in 1.
I looked for a machine where I suddenly had everything in 1 (drill, lamp, extraction and work light). This is to limit the hassle of using different machines. And I must say, I am very satisfied for the 70€ I paid. Although I expected a bit more from a built-in vacuum cleaner. This one isn’t really that powerful, but for me as a hobby it’s more than enough.
You also get 2 dust bags. TIP use them both on top of each other so that the superfine dust does not pass through and your work surface remains cleaner.

Be careful with adapters from Ali, you can sometimes have bad luck with them. I am now working with a different adapter because it turned out to have a bad contact during week 2. As a result, it only worked occasionally. Which in some cases can cause a fire hazard. So never leave an adapter (any type) in the socket if it is not necessary. You do have one big advantage with AliExpress. You can easily request a replacement or refund if something does not work properly or does not meet your expectations. I did this for my adapter and 2 days later 20 euros had already been refunded to my account.
The machine itself works very well, the supplied accessories could be better but are standard accessories if you look around. For me, these accessories are just not good enough. The sandpaper is a bit too coarse, which can damage your nail too much. I bought another set with a ceramic cutter. And I am very satisfied with this. Although I think it’s best to just order a cutter separately because that’s the only one I use.

As you can see in the photo, the sandpaper rolls are very coarse. If used carelessly, you can cause serious damage to your nail and cuticle.

The gel came off quickly, of course I had to practice with speed and direction of rotation. But it went surprisingly smoothly.
My nails were done with a base coat, gel, metal snowflakes incorporated and finished with 2 layers of top coat.
After using the buffing block, my thumb looks like new.
And instead of 2 hours of work, it now took me half an hour to do all my nails.
My Opinion:
“+”- points:
- easy machine to work with
- all in 1 (compact)
- is much faster than using the file
- led turns on automatically when you hold your hand under it (no more pressing buttons)
- Makes little noise.
“-“- points:
- supplied accessories (drills, cutters) are less good.
- extraction could be slightly more powerful.
All in all, I am certainly happy that I bought the device. For me it is a real asset. Especially because here in Belgium you quickly have to pay a lot more money for similar machines.
The machine arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged, in 2 packages. No additional customs fees for Belgium. And delivered quickly (2 weeks).
