Since the period when I started my blog (2015) until now (2020), I have already added a lot of new material. Such as the cameo 3, the Brother innov-is 4000D and a beautiful over/coverlock the singer professional 5. Some nice purchases about which I will certainly tell you more.
The cameo 3
I think there are plenty of blogs discussing the cameo. But I still want to say that I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, it has already been used for many projects and I have never had any problems with it.

I have also purchased and tested various accessories for my cameo. Including different blades, the pen holder, different types of cutting mats and the special sketch pens from silhouette itself.
But more about that in more specific posts.
My ‘new’ sewing embroidery machine
Then I would like to introduce my innov-is 4000D (2nd hand). This is a beautiful sewing machine that also has an embroidery module. Where my previous embroidery machine could embroider a maximum of 10*10cm, this one has a much larger range. The automatic thread cutter and threader also make it a lot easier to embroider large works with this machine. Such as big names and logos on towels.

This is also a great machine for “in-the-hoop” projects. Everything is completely sewn and embroidered in the embroidery frame itself.
You can make a nice cuddly toy in no time, for example.

And that leaves my last acquisition for the time being, the Singer professional 5 Over- and coverlock in 1.

Why 2 machines in 1? Purely from the point of view that I wanted both to quickly make and finish T-shirts. But didn’t have the money to buy both.
This was the cheapest solution for me to still have both machines at home. Does it have a disadvantage? Yes, you have to thread the machine again and again. This wastes time, but in the end I think this is a SUPER purchase. I never thought it would be this easy and ultimately, practice makes perfect. If you thread the machine often, it almost happens automatically.
It is very useful if you print the WORKBOOK from the internet BEFORE you start. These are almost all small lessons to learn to work with your machine. That’s how I learned it. I’ve had them for a year now and have never had any problems or difficulties. Can I recommend them? Definitely, this is definitely recommended for people with a limited budget.
