Yesterday I finished my daughter’s hoodie — but I forgot to sew on the pockets. My daughter did not care at all and left for school with it this morning. Proud mama, of course!

Attaching ribbing and zipper

Final steps: pin the green ribbing to the sleeves and hem, then insert the white zipper. That last part is always a bit exciting!

Ready to go to school!

The next morning she wore the hoodie right away. No pockets yet — but that did not spoil the fun. Little miss sunshine was super happy with it!
